Deserves one star but I'm trying to be nice All the screws are missing, the rear axle is missing, a handle wasn't even in the box (I found it at the bottom of the box), the instructions are not easy and the photos provided do not match. I'm not showing you what to do at all, so I'll have to go to Google/YouTube and find the tutorial. The instructions tell you to remove a component and replace it with the component they sent you... but guess what... I didn't get that component either. At the time of writing this review I was unable to assemble this stand with what they provided ("instructions") and not provided (screws). I would give one star but it came mostly assembled. Depending on how secure my bike is on this mount, I might go back and up a star. I do not recommend anyone to buy this product. Not worth the money. Now I need to buy screws and learn how to assemble this thing.
