No need to read the manual, just open the box, download the app, tap connect and it's connected. The most interesting feature that I like is the blood pressure monitoring. It can measure blood pressure without any visible action in the background. The app gives me a blood pressure trend every hour so I know exactly how to adjust my behavior accordingly.
