Hey! So I bought this thing because I wanted to transfer all my 2020 photos from my phone to this drive because I was running out of space. It worked the first time (a bit slow process and hard to use), but whatever it was, it worked. THEN I wanted to look at the photos again and I needed a specific photo that I uploaded there. And it didn't work 😃, it just didn't give me access to the drive and basically all my photos and videos + notes were gone. . I connected and disconnected and NOTHING. it doesn't let me access it. please never buy this, it's literally garbage and it just doesn't work. it's expensive and you're just throwing your money away. I had so many unforgettable memories stored in this thing and it's horrible that I lost them all, I'm very angry and VERY angry because I can't even get them back because my photos are still there (no matter if I have them can get them or not) ). I don't want anyone to make the same mistake I did, please think before you buy this shitty thing.
