The stones that came were a nice mix and I loved how beautiful they looked. But I've had a few that just weren't satisfying. First, for something so subtle and semi-noble, there must be some kind of protection; Be it bubble wrap or styrofoam plates. The package I received them in was without stone chip protection. It was packed with extra space as it came with some of the other items I had purchased and it had enough space for the sack of rocks to slide around and bump into things along the way. As a result, some stones broke off, like this piece of blue-gold stone. This would also be an amazingly beautiful product. Second, the resin (I assume) holding the silver hoop was sloppy and either extremely excessive on some rocks, like the brown one in the photo, or stained all over. The stone is transparent. I like the stones that I can use, but as a customer I want to be able to use all the items that I buy. I hope you consider reviewing your methods for future customers, but I don't think I'll be ordering them again.
