Review on 🍕 Instant Vortex Official Gray Nonstick Perforated Pizza Pan: Perfect Crusts Guaranteed by Patrick Burns

Let me start by saying that this product is perfect for the Instant Vortex Air Fryer, not the Instant Vortex Pro as the name might suggest. The biggest advantage is that these trays are very easy to clean, after you take them out and put the food away, they can be rinsed and dried again. They are very easy to use, install and turn on, although the only downside that lost a star was removing them. It can be difficult to get them out without touching the sides of the fryer (which is hot, mind you), but with patience and common sense you can slide the hot rack in and out. They are durable, made of good metal with excellent non-stick properties, but don't rub them too hard with a rough sponge or you could lose the coating. [Edit 2 weeks later] I only used the second perforated pan. Once because I didn't find it useful and it didn't offer a clean cleanup. But after about a week and a half of not using it, remember I haven't used it for a week and a half, the nonstick coating has fallen off. This worries me about my other frying pan as this happened not during use but during storage. It wasn't my fault, and it wasn't the fryer's fault, it was the pan's fault. Downgrading my rating to 3 stars because the other pan still works.
