Chewed and half-empty bottles
I'm not entirely sure what happened before or during delivery, but this is the bottom line. More than half of the fragrance crystals are missing on a bottle, the rest looks chewed up. I have no idea what quality control is going on behind the scenes or how these products are packaged and shipped, but it's definitely not the type of service I was expecting.
