Can't be real! So disappointed

I am so disappointed that I changed four pairs at once because the lashes were accidentally deformed or just pulled out due to all the hype around this beauty world. I really don't think these are real Ardell lashes because they were the worst lashes I've ever bought. The boxes have lashes of different lengths, they were so long I had to cut them off, but that didn't save them either. They should fit and not be so cheap and fragile. I'll just get her from the ult so I don't waste money risking the amazon.
