Unresponsive touch screen

I think it's a cool update, good screen, I wish I liked it more, the only problem is the screen is unresponsive, and after switching from android mode to the original display, drive I Auto, I can't use it to go back to the Android menu unless I turn the device off and on again. Refresh - a cumbersome return item to use that works correctly 50% of the time and when it doesn't it just freezes a screen refresh, just wanted CarPlay, don't waste your money knowing it works reliably every time
