I took it as a replacement for the TV. The choice was fully justified. TVs with a diagonal of 100 inches have not yet been learned for an affordable price tag. And the large diagonal decides - a movie at 100 inches (projector) and at 75 inches (TV) is a huge difference, This Epson is already close to completely replacing the TV. I recommend to buy for bright rooms for watching movies and TV programs. I'm not sure that there is a projector brighter - for any money.
- The brightest projector I have ever seen. Even short-focus lasers for a couple of hundred thousand seemed less bright to me (I went to specially compare them to showrooms). At the same time, the price tag of this device is quite reasonable. The noise is normal - like small projectors. In eco mode, the brightness is quite enough. Full Ash Dee - nice. There is a horizontal trapezoid correction - you can put it on a shelf on the side of the screen and not hang it on the ceiling. The manufacturer writes about the lamp life increased to 10,000. It's still the same good old Epson - this is my third projector in 7-10 years - it's nice that the familiar interface remains.
- There are no "cinema" functions such as frame substitution (uplavnitel). It would be great - but apparently the manufacturers have not yet figured out that not everyone watches projectors in the dark. It's not critical for me - but the size of the projector is 3-4 times larger than small budget office ones. Carrying in a car is fine, but carrying it in a bag is probably problematic. I bought for the house so the weight and size is not very important to me. Due to the greater power - it releases more hot air - but somehow itβs also not very noticeable to me.
