Very helpful. Having to wear a mask 8 hours a day to go to work and then when going into a public building. I got blisters behind my ears. That helped so much. They are very soft. And not cumbersome and not tiring. And I wear a mask and goggles. That way they don't bother my glasses either (I have to wear glasses all the time). With the headphones, I can take my mask off and on or put my glasses on and off without any problems. They can be easily placed exactly where you need them and won't move around all day.
