The seller/manufacturer is incredibly responsive. I have no experience with such devices and cs patiently helped me to solve the problems. I have a large Otterbox case on my phone that I don't want to take off often (because it's an expensive phone) and it takes just over 4 hours to complete. " wide. I couldn't find any selfie device other than a phone that wide. The blue tooth grip does not accept this size, but it is possible to mount the phone on a phone tripod and use the blue tooth grip alone As for using a shutter button (which it is for) I had a problem assembling the phone holder/clip properly and they were very patient and responsive to me Pairing the Blue Tooth to the camera was easy As far as I can tell , the only adjustments are: on/off, shutter button and holding down the power button once adjusted the volume of my phone's music player!(although this isn't mentioned in the manual.) Only 2 cons: 1. required, although a more experienced phone photographer 2. The phone holder isn't very big so I had to put it on something on a table to get the right angle and while the phone rotates 180 degrees the holder leans n Not back (I think that's the benefit of using the Blue Tooth Handle as a mount for smaller phones than mine). I think if you don't mind the size this is a good choice to start with. or the occasional camera photographer.
