My lips aren't very thin, but I was hoping to get at least a slight augmentation effect and prevent age-related volume loss (I'm 48). I apply it in the evening and rub it on my lips and lip lines before bed. The results were pretty amazing. My lips have no visible wrinkles and the same volume as after lip injections (these were very thin injections). Don't expect this product to make your lips super pouty like the more dramatic lip injections. A topical treatment can only do so much. However, due to the volumizing effect of hyaluronic acid, you will most likely notice a noticeable reduction in wrinkles around the lips.
