I have been very happy to use this to track my son since he went to school alone. I connected it to my phone and it worked great. The problem occurred when I tried to connect it to my son's phone so he could use it. I unplugged it from my phone and when I tried to connect it to my son's phone the device failed to connect. Tried holding down the button, still can't find it. Checked bluetooth and cellular connections, nothing works. I've tried reconnecting to the phone, it still won't connect. Now all I have is a semi-silent alarm that doesn't connect to anything.
