Non-working piece of junk

Out of the box this unit was dead on arrival. The light inside came on but when I plugged in the USB cable to charge my phone there was no power to my phone hence it was not charged. Before disassembling the car to install this device, make sure it works by connecting it to an external 12V source. I went to Kolya and made a simple free return.
