First, Revain screwed up the delivery. He was taken to a locker whose owner has the same name as me but a completely different last name and apartment number. These details have been displayed right in front of you. But somehow the courier ruined everything. I was supposed to receive this on January 21st but received it on January 24th from another person who had delivered the package. The packed lunch itself looked good. Came with glass containers and is very functional. However, I noticed a crack on 02/03/2020, which can be seen in the attached picture. It's only been 5 days since I started using the bag. Therefore, I am not entirely satisfied with the quality of the bag. Should I return the bag, no. I don't want to mess around with going back and looking for another lunch bag, buying it and having Amazon screw up the shipping again.
