Review on 🔪 Swissmar Shucker Paddy Universal Oyster Knife: Effortlessly Open Oysters With Black Handle by Alejandro White

This is by far the best oyster sheller I have ever used. My wife and I bought this knife for pacific oyster fishing and are VERY SATISFIED. We compared this knife to another premium straight blade oyster knife and chose the Swissmar Shucker Paddy over any other. This knife is easier to use for the few oysters that are commonly found on our shores. This works very well for both small and large oysters. We bought another Swissmar Shucker Paddy knife so we can both use this knife at the same time. A straight blade knife is great, but this knife is great! This knife is very well built with a full shaft and built in guard. Our hands never slipped past the guard, even with large complex oysters. This knife looks like it's primarily intended for right-handers (makes marketing sense) but works just as well for me (left-handers). We give this oyster knife our highest rating and believe it is money well spent. Hooray,
