For the past few months the watch we rely on the most has suddenly been several minutes behind schedule every week and we thought we might need to replace it. But then we realized that the watch was modular and only the movement needed to be replaced, so we carefully measured our old ones and then bought these to replace. There were no issues with assembly and we had 3 different hands to choose from (but I'd love to find a way to remap the hands we weren't using). And this mechanism has been very accurate so far.
