Only two stars because the rubber tongue moves slightly. I installed this item when I was assembling my latest PC. As I rotated the computer around the cable connection, I noticed the rubber piece was gone and the bracket was rubbing against my new GPU. Insert replacement and resumed wiring. When connecting the power button wires, I tapped the bracket gently, and the rubber piece almost completely slid off - not off the top of the bracket, but bent to the side and threatened to fall. Everything was finally assembled when I decided to test the sound of some fans on a working PC. you guessed I barely touched the mount, the rubber part broke off and the mount hit my GPU fan! It's a good thing that the fan switches off automatically if there are obstacles. Not cool at all. Maybe if it was the latest installment you install, but who doesn't play games on their PC from time to time? Both tires are the same. I really don't want to isolate it after doing everything so well in my computer. If I lift the mount higher while trying to tighten the rubber pad between the mount and my GPU, it lifts at an awkward angle, the opposite of sag. Grrr.
