Thing is solid. I looked at another one that was twice the price because it was a well known brand, but I went with this one because of the price. I'm glad I did. It is well made and durable. I've used it a few times to drag things around just to check and the flex holds the strap well. Anything you put in your hitch rattles a little, just like every other item I own, but it's imperceptible. It definitely doesn't rattle like the hanger thing. Buy it and you won't be disappointed.
