Review on 🍳 Ecolution Artistry 12x18 Non-Stick Black Griddle Cookware by Andrew Cramer

I first discovered the Ecolution Artistry pans at my local grocery store. I needed a grill pan back then, so I decided to buy their Ecolution Artistry 11" pan. I was drawn to the eco-friendly nonstick coating on these pans - they use a water-based Hydrolon nonstick coating rather than the traditional Teflon/PERF coating - and I confess I also love the cute green floral pattern on the bottom!The Ecolution Artistry cookware set was excellent too.First of all it arrived to me very well packaged from Revain (see photo I added to the listing above) (I have NEVER seen (That a non-stick pan works so well! Food glides easily and very little oil/other coating is required before first use.) Although all Artistry pans are dishwasher safe, I prefer to hand wash them.Ash (to avoid the outer surface as well as the overall lifespan of the cookware) I could just rinse and/or wipe the pans Pat them down with a paper towel, they REALLY are non-stick. I think this 8 piece set is excellent, but I wanted to mention that I bought a few extra pieces. In addition to the aforementioned pan (which was purchased about 6 months ago and worked perfectly), I also recently purchased an Ecolution Artistry chicken skillet and a 2 quart Ecolution Artistry pot. I should also note that the two pans that come with this set DO NOT have a lid; It wasn't a problem for me, maybe for others it was. Overall I am very happy with this set! I recommend the Ecolution Artistry range for both their excellent non-stick properties and their environmental benefits.
