Good product. Sometimes I forget that an abrasive is an abrasive. It works on paint, polyurethane, metal etc. I bought it to polish scratches on PVC plastic as well as Bakelite phones.; before using Novus Fine Scratch Remover. These Novus products work well on badly scratched brass, carbon steel and stainless steel, as well as paint and clear coats. Fine Scratch Remover quickly cuts into the metal and gives it a very shiny appearance, which is especially useful when you have parts that are so bent or tiny that you can't work them on a buffing wheel.
