I've flipped through a 1 pound case of these screws, driven them into hardwood with an impact wrench and never broken or stripped a single screw. It is wonderful. This is a strong screw with an aggressive thread that also holds parts like hinges very well. Just a bad screw in the box. I will definitely take the box with me for projects.
