I am disappointed in this blanket. I received it with the intention of giving it to my husband for Valentine's Day, thinking it would be very soft to snuggle under. As another reviewer said, it's more of a mocha color than the picture and I can get it out of my pocket, but the long fibers bother me. I bought this duvet because it is made from natural fibers and we are sensitive to chemicals so dry cleaning is not an option. Upon arrival it smelled strongly of chemicals. So I washed it in delicate cold water with a gentle Kookaburra wash on a low spin speed. Came out with ugly balls in the fibers before drying. Dry now, no improvement. I'm sitting here thinking I could get a better blanket at the Walmart counter. It's not very soft, not attractive. I can't comment on the warmth, I put it in the closet as an extra blanket when someone is sleeping on the couch. Totally disappointed, like a waste of money.
