Review on HP Lightweight Chromebook Intel Dual Core Processor by Johnny Black

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Unassuming Chromebook

If I had to summarize the impression of this Chromebook, with a Word it would be CHEAP. Keyboard keys become deaf when pressed, and the touchpad jingles loudly when you point it in that direction. The predominantly plastic construction creates a flex/trash feeling. For comparison, I have a stack of laptops. (many HP) and this one is of the lowest quality of all. The ASUS Chromebook I bought my wife for school is a much more reliable device for less money. In all honesty, the performance is decent and the battery life is good. The screen has poor resolution, narrow viewing angles, and a few dead pixels. This Chromebook performs well below what I expected from HP. The device will be returned.
