The ease of use, simple to set up and configure with very little training needed! I have used other products that require more in-depth knowledge which makes it difficult when you need support quickly or if there are problems during implementation.

This product has been easy from start to finish - no issues at all so far. Our switch was previously running Cisco ASA but we wanted something lighter weight as well as easier managed (and less expensive). We were able to get this working within our budget constraints using only open source solutions like Linux/iptables.
