I was a little concerned after reading reviews of other products like this one that had the metal part coming out of the plastic brush holder but so far they have worked well for me. Time will tell, but I fixed the tub and shower stall - some harsh soapy water and mildew - and it worked very well, about 35 percent less manual labor compared to manual cleaning. The joint compound washes better. Saves time. Might be a bit dirty. Just wipe the spatter off the drill periodically. I use borax, but you can use whatever cleaner you prefer.
