Caused a severe allergic reaction

All my life I have trusted Neutrogena products for my sensitive skin but this product caused me a severe allergic reaction after use. My skin became very red, dry and swollen. I am on the third day of use and still suffering from the reaction. The photo was taken on the second day after use.
