Review on Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC DotDisplay by Alvin Chan ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

Ergonomics. The smartphone is quite weighty and large, it does not fit in every pocket and is noticeably so burdensome. For me, this is not a problem, but keep in mind that in terms of dimensions it is still a shovel, and with a case it will become even more cumbersome. The control buttons are located very conveniently, with a factory case it does not become less convenient. Charger. The presence of fast charging on this smartphone allows you not to worry about this topic at all + the battery holds perfectly. Camera. The camera is quite good, with straight arms you can take gorgeous shots if you don’t have a camera at hand. I don't shoot videos, so this item is past me. (a couple of pics below) Screen. The screen is pleasant, although the margin of brightness in the sun is not enough, and the picture is very juicy. You can increase the hertz, but it's honestly crap that eats up the battery, but does not produce the desired effect. I am glad that the screen occupies almost the entire space of the front surface. Speakers. The external speaker is pleasant enough, the stereo sound is pleasantly pleasing. When talking with the interlocutor, everything is heard perfectly. Performance. By itself, the smartphone does not lag, it is pleasant to surf and any application starts quickly. I don’t particularly play demanding games on my smartphone, I only tried Genshin Impact, everything was fine there. Equipment. Out of the box, we get a smartphone already with a protective film pasted on, a simple but quite comfortable hard transparent case, fast charging, which is essentially more than enough to use without additional. costs. I took it for 18k, it more than justifies its price tag, I recommend it for purchase.

Pros
  • Nice screen, speed, fast charging, no jambs and freezes, fairly loud speaker, excellent camera even in a standard application, quite a good bumper in the kit, as well as a protective film already from the factory, stereo sound when listening to music from external speakers, design, ergonomics, the presence of nfc (+/- below).
Cons
  • The headphone jack is located at the bottom and it is not convenient at all, for example, if you lie down and hold a standard smartphone, the cord will rest against your stomach. There is only a small claim to the cover - this is a crazy plug for the charging socket, a month later I stupidly cut it off because it only interferes. The third jamb concerned specifically the Chrome browser (most likely those who buy this smartphone now will not have this), namely, a spontaneous transition to reading mode, if it is simpler, the screen itself goes into reading mode when it sees fit, and turning it off this mode through the settings in the smartphone will not have an effect. As a result, it was treated through the console directly in the browser itself, a trifle but not pleasant.
