My 5 year old, recently adopted Franston had a muscular frame which called for 2xl on this brand even though she only weighs around 20lbs. It fits snug from the neck to the waist but is too long for her back. I hope cold wash and air dry will prevent shrinkage otherwise these shirts will run small.
