I never thought I would need a laptop stand but I saw one of my friends using it and decided to get one. This stand has completely changed the way I work at my desk. It elevates my laptop so I don't have to bend my neck when using it. I use the space under the stand to store charging cables or external hard drives. Works best if you have a separate keyboard. Material and workmanship of good quality. It even has some rubber feet to prevent slipping. The stand comes with a small pouch, which makes it very convenient to take with you on the go. Highly recommended!
