I liked that this was an easy to use tool for my organization because it fit into our workflow seamlessly.

The training is well done by their team, and very helpful! There isn't anything specific we didn’t like so far but there are few things here or there as you can expect from any product with such great support behind it. We started using Lucidcoach to better engage people during Scrum meetings to ensure everyone has equal visibility towards work items. In addition being able to give more feedback as compared to 1 person per meeting allowed us all to be present at every scrum session giving valuable insights about current state of each project and next steps needed.
