The bottom broke off while stirring!
I used it for sourdough. It was only half full and today I was stirring it when I tapped the bottom of the glass twice with a wooden spoon to remove the excess and heard a "click". Suddenly the starter started to flow out of the can because the bottom was coming loose! Starter and glass everywhere. I was/was stunned that this could even happen!
