I received my order for this product on time. The packaging was very acceptable. The print quality was not very good. I have a Canon PIXMA TS6120 printer which is only 6-8 months old. I just put in the black XL cartridge, printed my document and noticed horizontal stripes across the words on every printed page. I re-entered a page multiple times, thinking I only needed to re-print one or two more pages before the problem resolved itself. It never happened. I have a suspicion that this particular brand is not compatible with my printer. I have been using a Canon printer for over 12 years. In the past I could use cartridges from other manufacturers in my Canon printer but not in this printer. Cartridges of this brand can be used with other printers.
