best customer service i have ever seen

product arrived not working. I contacted the seller and received a response within 2 hours and a replacement item was sent with no questions asked and arrived within 3 days. WOW - this is how the company should be responding now and not the running around I see others doing. By the way - the new recorder worked perfectly. Not intrusive, well assembled with all accessories. Handy to keep in shirt pocket to remember what was said in the meeting. Great price - great company
