I really liked these bluetooth headphones when I first received them. The sound was good, they fit well, the charging case was well built, and although the instructions were pretty thin and poorly translated into English, I was able to figure them out and get to work. The left earphone stopped working after 2 months. I can turn it on and off, but it won't pair with other headphones or devices. There is no information in the instructions on how to fix this issue (if there is a way), and the support video that Revain has on this issue is not related to this device or the steps. Complete rubbish and now I think I'll just have to throw them away as wasted money and buy something that actually works from a more reputable manufacturer.
