IBM Lotus Notes has been a wonderful tool for me to keep up-to-date information about my customers & employees. I like that Lotus Notes allows me to connect to my customers & employees. I like how easy it is to access emails & information. It used to cost quite a bit to keep the tool up to date & secure. However, now it is quite a bit more affordable. I dislike that I can't connect to my customer information with my phone. Lotus Notes does provide me with that, but it would be nice for my customers to be able to as well. Overall I like that IBM Lotus Notes provides me with a lot of security. As a manager, we now know what employees are doing at all times, where their position in the company is, how long they have been with us, etc. The best thing about ProActive is their support team. They are always there to help you with any questions or issues you may have. The only thing I dislike about ProActive is that they are sometimes slow to respond to issues. But for the most part, they are very quick to respond. I highly recommend ProActive. They are a great company to work with. We use ProActive for our email and file storage. We have been very happy with the service.
