they don't hold for rolls

I have two of these mounted on a very small 3 drawer tool stand. The first time I tried to move the stand, the ball bearings rolled out of the wheels not just on one wheel, but on both. While they look nice they are short lived and as this happened 5 days after the return deadline I cannot go back. waste of time and money.
