The lamp was very easy to install. It didn't appear to be as bright as the original lamp which lasted about 5 years. The projector is in the second house, so at most 1/2 is used. died less than 3 months later and we have not been here for the past 6 weeks. I contacted the supplier as they were supposed to have a 1 year warranty. I will update when I get a reply from them. I ended up buying the original bulb because who knows how long it would take for the seller to respond let alone get me a replacement.
