Review on Acer CB282K Smiiprx FreeSync Adjustable 4K Monitor with Height Adjustment and 3840X2160 Resolution by Michael Tillo

Good balanced budget monitor. It was decently bright, has speakers that are rare in monitors, and at 28 inches it's a nice size. The only noticeable limitation is the panning options. The monitor can be raised and lowered, but only tilts slightly and cannot be rotated left or right. The stand is also quite heavy, which is both a blessing and a curse as it stabilizes the monitor.
