The Cocar 19 inch PC monitor is made in China and has a screen resolution of 1440 x 900 with a refresh rate of 75 Hz. Unfortunately, right out of the box I encountered the first problem. Something is rattling in the monitor. It looks like a loose screw but I haven't been able to verify it. The monitor is working at the moment but I am concerned about its quality and durability due to the loose element inside. The second problem arose when I decided to use the stand that came with the monitor. I assembled the stand using one of the screws in the package and then realized I was missing a part. The stand only comes with two pieces, not one that actually attaches it to the monitor. Luckily it has vesa mounting holes on the back so I could use those to attach it to the vesa stand. The lack of all required parts in the kit is another example of poor quality control. The manual is a one-page fold-out card in such small print that I can barely read it even with a magnifying glass. There is no download version that I could find. The control buttons are on the back, not on the side, so they're not easily accessible. The Cocar 19 inch PC monitor has too many flaws for me to recommend. It's not of the quality I expected and I doubt its durability.
