(MUST READ) Out of the thousands upon thousands made in Korea, unfortunately the one I received was not made correctly, I got a bad one. It looked like it was bent at the top. Doesn't close completely. I wrote a review here on Revain and within 1 hour Britney B. (Customer Service Representative) for iOttie responded to my review after speaking to her to tell me it was not up to her standards. And immediately said they would send me a new one. They did it and it arrived quickly, I have to say their customer service is impeccable, OnPoint, polite and definitely top notch! I have upgraded my rating to 5 STARS. I would give 6 stars if I could! I will buy another one as a gift! I strongly encourage you to do the same. hp And when you read a review of how a magnet ruins a phone, it's obvious that the person has no idea how a phone works, it doesn't ruin your phone, my phone works great. ** When not using Google Maps/GPS, strong magnets will affect your compass. Take your phone off the magnets when you want to use GPS.
