It bounced a bit from the start but that wasn't a problem. It was a very small movement. Otherwise it was pretty solid and I thought I made a good purchase. This product works exactly as described. It holds up well to a horizontal vent, but I didn't open the vertical louvers to test it. I attached the answer plate to the phone under the case and it still holds securely to the mount. The mount is easy to remove and attach to another vent. This is the first CD slot phone mount I've tried. I can't install the vent on my new machine like before so I had to find another solution.
