I have a regular vitamin regimen. The diversity was a big selling point for me, so I decided to get these. I've exhausted most possibilities, often repeatedly. No, not even the most basic Maxler can compete with Adam from New or Optimen when it comes to vitamin content. The manufacturer's website (which is really lame) suggests using it within three weeks. After only three weeks, the heels had already started to break apart. Riboflavin does, in fact, color urine but does nothing else. I saw no change at all. I didn't finish the whole bottle before I quit taking it. His symptoms of poor sleep, anxiousness, lack of libido, and inability to focus all vanished when he took the basic Maxler he was prescribed. That is my overall point of view. Vitamins aren't something I'd suggest taking. To everyone's success!
