Review on 🐋 W1 Lightweight Multi Surface TICWELL Whale by Elle Foster

Well mop, I'll give that to him. But it clogs when I'm trying to vacuum up dog hair or toy lint, pretty much just clogs unless I'm just using it to mop floors. Advertised as a wet/dry vacuum, it really isn't. It's sad that I spent $300 on this when I could have just bought a robot vacuum cleaner. ETA: So the customer service was pretty good and they contacted me for a replacement (although they were too impatient and a bit rude but I boiled it down to they really believe in their product). I got a replacement, but unfortunately both only shed animal fur. If you had a short haired pet it would certainly work but my double coated dog's hair comes out in clumps and the vacuum doesn't like that. I asked if I could get a refund instead and they gave me one but wanted me to withdraw my review. I don't like that this company doesn't like transparency. When I look at reviews I like to look at all reviews, not just the 4-5 star ones ETA: I've already been asked twice to delete this :) (the second time was a bribe) ETA: I've just received another bribe XD
