Like some other reviewers I received a defective unit. Sprayer doesn't work. Doesn't seem very strong in the aspiration area either! I tried it on a small area of my floor and very little came out. Well mop, I'll give that to him. But it clogs when I'm trying to vacuum up dog hair or toy lint, pretty much just clogs unless I'm just using it to mop floors. update: the company contacted me about a bad seal after my bad review. I already bought a new pad, got my money back and they sent 3 more. I asked if this new pad would be better because I don't want to end up buying a new one every 3 months. They replied that the new seals were made of a better and more durable material. This vacuum is not your typical short, fat and ugly wet and dry vacuum. It's elegant and beautiful, even prettier than my regular vacuum cleaner. I was impressed by this straight out of Nox. There are a few downsides, and we all know battery performance is one of them, but unlike other expensive mops, this device's battery is replaceable. So if you spend more and get an extra battery, it's a matter of quick replacement. to finish your floors without waiting for charging.
