Review on Dimpl Brand Baby Toy: Unleash 👶 Your Child's Creativity with Fat Brain Toys by Terry Kohl

I bought it on October 22nd. My 10 month old has been playing with this for a couple of weeks and I noticed the white case has cracked. I contacted Fat Brain for an exchange (I had a few days past the return/exchange window) and they declined. Instead they suggested I buy another dimple - I guess they don't endorse their products. We have purchased several Fat Brain toys over the years but this was our last. If Fat Brain won't even exchange a $10 item, how can I expect them to support their other toys? This item probably cost Fat Brain less than $5 to make and distribute. I hope it was worth losing a client who was looking to spend a few hundred bucks on your site over the Christmas period.
