Used both items in less than one hand. Both items worked great when they arrived as they both synced to the system. I removed the black and used white. The third time I used the white one (after 20 days) I noticed that the controller wouldn't connect to the system and kept blinking. I've tried syncing it to the Wii U but it doesn't do anything. I turned on black and it connects fine. I bring the white controller home to my family members and try to sync with them but it won't sync. Definitely defective, although I haven't even used it much. It is unknown how long Black has been out of sync and out of sync. Bad timing on my part as day 30 has passed since I found out on day 32. I contacted the seller this morning to see what they can do and have not received a response yet. Update 1: The seller replied (within a few hours) that these items undergo a quality check before shipping and that this was probably a one-off thing. They are willing to send me another one for free. I'll post another update once I get a replacement and see if it does the same. Update 2: Four days after writing this review, I picked up a black controller to play Wii U. No controller power, nothing. My first thought was that the battery was dead (although I did charge it fully before the last game). I connected the charger but it doesn't even light up. So to sum it up. Observations: White that has been played for less than an hour no longer syncs with any system I've tried. Black that has been played for less than 30 minutes will not even turn on. Not sure what to call it, I'm unlucky or the product just isn't good. I have contacted the seller again about the black controller and will update as soon as I get a response from them. Update 3: After weeks of waiting, my two replacement controllers have arrived and have been testing them for 5 days. works well. It was probably one of those bad games I came across.
