Works (Day 1). As already mentioned, the instructions are the worst - both for installation and for programming. The video will help, but you need to figure out the installation location yourself. I'm pretty sure only one of my fingers was listed as admin, but as long as it opens I'm not too worried about admin vs regular user. For security reasons, this keeps curious people out of places, but don't expect this to stop anyone serious about what's locked inside. One thing I like is the little spring pin - it holds the door open just enough for me to leave the closet open during the day and slide it the last 1/4 inch. lock when I leave the office. You may find that this is a malfunction as you have to deliberately slam the door to jam the lock. I hope it works for at least two years.
