Their customer support is great! They listen, they make changes as needed (or even before).
The fact that you can see it all in one place makes scheduling time off incredibly easy - especially when there are so many other things going around at work/school or otherwise. It's really not much more than just another sales tool if I don't use them correctly, but their help guide does explain how helpful this product has been over my career working remotely from home. So far nothing bad about using classyllama.
