This printer is extremely easy to set up. It comes with instructions that are very easy to follow. It comes with support software but I had problem with resizing in it. Resizing is in progress. But even with these problems, I can print usable labels. The label program does not find the JPEG label file and does not import it. I can find the JPEG file on my computer and navigate to the file, but it won't import into your program. I've tried contacting the company about this and they keep telling me I just need to import it. that I was trying to tell them it wasn't working. The people you contact for support are very polite and try to be as helpful as possible. It is a pleasure doing business with them. However, this does not solve the labeling problem. Maybe it's my system. I'm using Windows, I don't have a Mac to try. The printer is very easy to download. Prints fast. The print quality is good enough to be read and it was easily scanned by scanners. The added convenience of being able to peel off the label and apply it directly to the packaging is phenomenal. Overall, this is a great little label printer that deserves 5 stars.
